Margaret Merrill, Owner
For over 40 years, Margaret has been passionate about helping fill the gaps in the support system within Diné Communities. As an educator, problem solver, and business leader dedicated to this community, Ramah Navajo leadership and community members asked her to bring the internet to the area. Oso Internet Solutions was then born in 2015. As the only local Internet Service Provider, Margaret is proud to be a part of a team that makes it a goal to offer our customers the best internet experience possible.
Ryan Merrill, Chief Operating Officer
With a degree in Business Administration, Ryan brings a strong perspective to many aspects of Oso Internet, including technical and customer support. As Margaret's son, Ryan was born into the Ramah community and has an exceptional heart for serving the area. As a problem solver, he is an asset to the team.
Pete Mayne, Technician
As a technician with Oso Internet since its beginning, Pete is vital to our business. His strengths include excellent creative problem solving, a "can-do" attitude, and a genuine love for people. We are grateful Pete is a part of the team.
Reuben Pino, Technician
Reuben Pino, an easy going individual, is a lifelong Ramah Navajo community member. He brings to Oso Internet his technical background in satellite broadband and television. He is not only professional but also an excellent problem solver and communicator. Oso Internet Solutions is happy to have Reuben as a part of their team.
Nikisha Yazzie, Customer Service Specialist
Nikisha Yazzie, a graduate of Pine Hill School, has deep roots into the community she helps serve. She brings a multitude of talents to Oso Internet with her HR, Customer Service, and Accounting background. Nikisha's voice and ears are the liaison to the rest of the team and the community. Oso Internet is grateful to have Nikisha as a part of our team.
Mike Francis, Project Manager
Mike comes to us with nearly 10 years of experience owning and operating his own electrical contractor business. Mike’s also a licensed electrician and has immense expertise on power systems and solar site builds. He’s been in the Ramah community for over 20 years. We’re thankful to have his skill set on the team.
Carlton Maria, Fiber Technician
Carlton is born and raised here in the Ramah community. He came to us from another reginal internet provider and has immense experience with fiber splicing, troubleshooting and locating making him a valuable asset to Oso’s team. Along with Carlton’s fiber expertise, he’s also a trained welder and has experience with satellite broadband technologies giving him a wide range of skills.
