Before calling for tech support, we recommend that you take the following steps, as this often will resolve most issues:

  1. Disconnect the power to your router, if you are using one.
  2. Disconnect indoor power supply to your OIS Wireless Equipment.
  3. Power down your computer.
  4. Re-connect the indoor power supply.
  5. Wait 2-3 minutes, then re-connect the power to your router.
  6. Wait 1-2 minutes and then re-start your computer.
  7. Attempt to connect to the Internet
