What is the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB)?
The EBB is a temporary government program funded by the FCC to help offset the cost of broadband services for eligible households during COVID-19.
The program will provide a discount of up to $50 per month towards broadband services for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on Tribal lands.

A household is eligible if one member of the household meets at least one of the criteria below:
How can I apply for the EBB program?
There are only 4 steps you need to do in order to apply for the EBB program.
Step 1: Fill out and sign the Customer Consent Form and the EBB Application. There are two ways to do this.

2. Or…download, print, and sign the applications from our website. Email the completed consent form, application and supporting documentation to email@example.com.
Step 2: Copy and attach the official documentation that proves participation in one of the qualifying programs, EXCEPT the school lunch program. Oso Internet has documentation for all Pine Hill School and McKinley County Schools students. Medicaid documentation is available at Pine Hill Health Center.
Step 3: Drop your documents off at one of the three community locations listed above or scan and email documents to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 4: Oso Internet will call you to complete the process.
